Use of Services

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant Kling5 a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, store, and technically modify that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Projects are private by default; we will not publish your creative assets as examples without separate permission.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to uploaded materials, product names, trademarks, likenesses, music, and advertising claims. AI output may be inaccurate or resemble existing material; you are responsible for reviewing it before publication.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Generation

Credits are service usage units, not currency. They cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. We reserve an estimated amount when a job is submitted, settle credits after a successful output is stored, and release the reservation when a job finally fails or is canceled. Model cost and availability may change for future jobs without changing jobs already submitted.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Successfully consumed credits are generally non-refundable; see our Refund & Cancellation page and your statutory rights.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, deceptive deepfakes, celebrity impersonation, face swaps, illegal goods promotion, or infringing and misleading advertising
• Attempt to bypass content safeguards, rate limits, credit accounting, ownership checks, or payment controls

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
